Elderberry Syrup Benefits
This herbal elderberry syrup is a concentrated wellness elixir. Black elderberries are rich in antioxidants (anthocyanins) that support the immune system and may help shorten the duration of seasonal colds and flu. Warming botanicals like ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, and cloves add gentle digestive support and help ease inflammation, while lemon peel, rosemary, and sage offer extra nutrients and soothing support for the throat and respiratory system.
Suggested Serving
- Adults: For general wellness, a common serving is 1 tablespoon once daily. During periods of illness, some people take this amount multiple times per day.
- Kids (Ages 1+): For daily support, 1 teaspoon is a common serving, with slightly more during times of extra stress or when feeling run down.
